Pecan Bites

After deciding to go vegan, I have begun replicating my old favorite recipes.

Here's todays treat:
Pecan Bites
1 bag of whole raw pecans
3/4 cup Water

Optional:
Salt and Sugar to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Blend nuts and water in food processor or blender to make a thick paste.

2. Oil a cooking sheet, and spoon 1inch globs of the paste evenly on the sheet.

3. Cook for 15 mins (or until outside is solid)
4. Enjoy!

So healthy and so simple!
